OUR EXPERIENCE
The principals, Doug Dalton and Ron Lightfoot, entered into the real estate business in 1973. Having both completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Texas, the partners teamed up to develop office and apartment properties in Texas and Florida. With more than 5,000,000 square feet of office and over 6,500 apartments completed to date, our team has developed an impressive track record.
